Meet the Founder

Nathan Price is Founder and Owner of Price Signature Homes Inc. Born in the mountain state of West Virginia, Nathan was a double major at Wheeling Jesuit University and graduated Summa Cum Laude. He then went on to receive his MBA where he finished top of his class. Prior to receiving his Master’s, he worked with mentally challenged patients and developed rehabilitation programs for their therapeutic needs. He then served as a Corporate Trainer in Financial Services and eventually found his way into Information Technology working as an account director & consultant. He occupied pivotal roles during successful ventures at BMC, HP, Forsythe, Symantec & Tanium. In total, he has over 20 years experience in a variety of Disciplines and Business.

While in the tech sector, he practiced the fields of home building, engineering, architectural design, and real estate accumulating a wealth of knowledge and experience. In 2017, he established his first construction business Take Me Home Designs LLC. 8 Years Later and 100+ clients served in the Triangle Region, Price Signature Homes Inc. was established thanks to demand, growth, and ongoing success inside the industry. Price Signature Homes is one of the elite, top-tier, and premier custom construction companies in the industry today. Specializing in new construction, whole house restorations, and large scale renovations. The company continues to raise the bar and is truly one of a kind.

Mr. Price holds a variety of Certifications in Business, Technology, Construction, Leadership, Coaching, & Public Speaking. He has served twice as President for Home Owner’s Associations and has been a Chairman for three Architectural Boards in Wake County. He is a member of the Psi Chi Chapter of National Honors in Psychology & the Phi Sigma Tau Chapter of International Honors in Philosophy.

He and his family volunteer their time and philanthropy to a variety of local and national organizations including Autism Speaks, Wounded Warrior Project, Pediatric Cancer Foundation, American Farmers Association, National Speakers Association, United Way of NC, Dog Warrior’s Rescue, The V Foundation for Cancer Research, & Hiltop Christian School. He is an ongoing donor to his Alma Mater, their collegiate programs, disciplines of study, and affiliates.

Nathan, his wife Amber who attended NC State and is a North Carolina native, and their two children Walker & Vivienne happily reside in Fuquay Varina, NC. In his spare time, Mr. Price coaches both Football & Baseball for the Town of Holly Springs. He enjoys spending time with his family & friends, traveling, athletics, live music, automobiles, history, and mentoring youth.
